What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
Ensure all warehouse operations and procedures are followed safely, efficiently, and consistently. Recommend improvements to standardized processes within your area.
Lead and guide warehouse associates in daily operations, driving productivity, safety, quality, and on-time order fulfillment.
Monitor dock operations, material flow, and equipment performance to maintain accuracy and service standards.
Address and resolve employee relations issues within the warehouse.
Maintain a strong safety culture on the warehouse floor by instilling a “safety first” mindset across the team.
Oversee warehouse schedules to ensure shifts are adequately staffed and meet demand.
Assign daily tasks, adjust resources as needed, and ensure smooth operations across work areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor in compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead a team of 5–10 employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Minimum 5 years of inventory control or material handling experience.
Minimum 5 years of safe forklift operation.
Strong floor presence with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse up to 70% of the day, including stairs.
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 60–80 lbs.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including cold environments down to -30°F (if applicable to role).
