What You’ll Do
As the Sales Manager you will be the driving force behind our wholesale sales efforts in the Midwest territory. Your role involves developing and implementing strategies to boost growth within wholesale accounts, managing key relationships, and ensuring top-notch service delivery. You should have a proven track record in wholesale sales, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in both dynamic and structured environments.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for national and/or regional wholesale and retail accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients to ensure strong client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Represent Conexus Food Solutions at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area.
- 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the food service industry.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in Chinese.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage and grow wholesale accounts.
- Familiarity with wholesale distribution channels and market dynamics.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Experience with Asian food products and knowledge of market trends.
